For those of us working through this set of circumstances, we learn so much about ourselves and have the opportunity to write our own story.

I appreciate the people who are using this platform to share inspiring images with a personal touch. While this is not an exhaustive list of all scoliosis accounts on instagram, I’ve included scoliosis-centric accounts I’m currently following. Higgy Bears are maybe the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. They bring a gentleness to bracing that is sweet and encouraging. Not only do I wish I had a Higgy Bear when I was younger, I kind of want one even now, they’re so adorable!
