Looking for some scoliosis success stories? Instagram is my go-to place to connect with like-minded individuals and see how people optimistically face the condition. For those of us working through this set of circumstances, we learn so much about ourselves and have the opportunity to write our own story.
I appreciate the people who are using this platform to share inspiring images with a personal touch. While this is not an exhaustive list of all scoliosis accounts on instagram, I’ve included scoliosis-centric accounts I’m currently following. These scoli influencers have a collective voice of hope and make the perception of scoliosis one that is positive, uplifting and beautiful.

CG Scoliosis is an international scoliosis support group. This organization places high value on community, togetherness and providing a safe space for young people with scoliosis to connect with others on the journey.
2. Higgy Bears
Genre: Small Business
Higgy Bears are maybe the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. They bring a gentleness to bracing that is sweet and encouraging. Not only do I wish I had a Higgy Bear when I was younger, I kind of want one even now, they’re so adorable!
3. Scoliosis United
Genre: Support Group
There is no “going it alone” when we have organizations like Scoliosis United. If you are looking for scoliosis merch or pain management options, this account has you covered.
4. Scoliosis Gym
Genre: Fitness
I heard about Scoliosis Gym from a thread on Facebook and was instantly intrigued. Their instagram feed features success stories from their exercised-based system of scoliosis treatment. If you are open to scoliosis-friendly fitness, this is an account to check out.
5. Miss Loobie Runs
Genre: Blogger
Louise is a blogger and runner who shares her passion for life as well as resources for people looking for information on scoliosis. As a fellow fused friend, Louise is a role model for an active lifestyle with a spinal fusion as an adult. You can checkout her blog here.

I’m a big fan of yoga which is why I follow Veronika, an inspiring yoga teacher that understands where we curvy folks are coming from!
7. Beyond a Curved Spine
Genre: Awareness
These two go-getters, Abby and Abimbola, are creating awareness and encouragement for anyone facing the scoliosis condition. As a leading resource and support center for scoliosis diagnosis and treatment in Africa, their insta feed is full of helpful information and see the great events they’re hosting.
8. Beyond Scoliosis
Genre: Blogger
Cherie is a blogger on a mission advocating for early scoliosis detection and framing the scoliosis journey in a positive way. You can checkout her blog here.
9. Twisted Outreach Project
Genre: Support Group Awareness
The Twisted Outreach project is a community service sharing facts and natural approaches to treating scoliosis.
10. Life After Surgery Project
Genre: Surgery Awareness
Life After Surgery project showcases surgical success stories in a beautiful and embracing way. While not specifically targeted towards scoliosis, they include scoliosis-surgery related posts.
