Looking for affordable scoliosis care?
A new non-profit is working to make that happen. The Crooked Life Foundation is a non-profit that gives away ScoliSmart activity suits. The foundation seeks to provide hope for scoliosis patients who couldn’t otherwise afford treatment. Isn’t that a great mission?
I was only a young teen when I was diagnosed. As an adult with bills, I can empathize with the financial and emotional stress an adolescent idiopathic scoliosis diagnosis can be on parents. I’m glad there are people out there working to ease the financial burden for some families.
Next Steps
If you are interested in learning more about the foundation and ways you can support their mission, check them out on Facebook. As they are in the early stages, I’m sure any sort of advocacy and awareness would be greatly appreciated.
